It gained reasonable success with an average of around 40 players, but nothing special (experience of TC Admin, Teamspeak servers, WHMCS, HTML and CSS web design & development). I have also been admin on Tea Gaming between June - September 2016 (resigned due to distasteful community), and moderator on Paradise Gaming January - May 2017 (resigned due a decline in player activity on the server - the player base on the server and forums decreased). Why should you be accepted to the staff team? (One Paragraph): A: I feel I have a lot of experience which has taught me communication skills and how to work as a team. This means I know how to approach situations with players to clearly inform them on e.g. punishments, what the logs show, and what rules to check to prevent them from breaking the rule again. This experience also means I'm good at working with other staff members, so they can help me and I can help them, meaning sits can be solved quickly and efficiently. My experience has a server owner also means I have strong independence and have no fear about making strong and critical decisions on my own. My experience as a general player and staff member on DarkRP also means I'm very knowledgeable about the game, so I should be able to answer any questions players may have, e.g. how to operate props or the tool gun. I would argue this is particularly important as not all sits are for punishments, and a struggling member of the community creates an unhappy member of the community. Finally, I would also say I'm enthusiastic about the game and community, so I will bring a friendly atmosphere. How often can you be on the server?: A: Five times a week for five hours at a time. From what I can understand (I may be incorrect), most staff are American so the timezone difference will be an advantage, because players are less likely to be left without a staff member. Are you familiar with the rules?: A: Yes Are you aware that you will lose a large amount of RP time on the server? A: Yes as I have been a staff member on other servers. I enjoy being a staff member and helping out the community and its players, so this isn't a problem for me.
