Explain what happened: With each video I will have a small explanation of what happened. Anyways, Haru notified me that I would be reporting him within 10 minutes of me being new to the community. I was being very toxic due to the lack of service I got from staff. Toxicity due to the fact that players repeatedly RDM'd and baited me to tase them by shooting at me. The moderator noclipped away because I sarcastically said "Oh wait, I know this trick. I spend 20 minutes uploading a video and then no punishment happens to the person but if I don't waste 20 minutes, I only get a 5 minute jail." Krystal, the moderator, refused to inform me the person would be punished and then proceeded to jail me for 5 minutes, then told me after that he would punish them if I reported it on the forums.  I asked in admin chat where to report the specific scenario and it took 3 or 4 SEPERATE requests for Haru to stop closing them instantly and finally help. The requests consisted of me politely asking where to report the post because it was a PLAYER and STAFF report at the same time.  Eventually, when I wanted to play chess with some people and chill, I got banned without a sit for stuff I already got punished 1-2 times for already. Apparently the one random taze on the guy that was targetting earlier means that I am a hard core rule breaker.

It should also be noted that each time I was brought in a sit, there was never proof and it was always a 'he said she said' where I automatically lost due to being a minge somehow.

 Screenshot: Shows no one TP'd for a sit or did anything and also shows I was already muted when the staff decided to take their anger out on me. Also, they pretended like I was the only one arguing in chat when they were also egging me on by talking about the community I am from. If they wanted me to stop, they could have always not given me something to reply to or just muted me earlier. Of course the other 50 people spamming chat are allowed to do what they want for some reason.

 

 

 

Shows that Haru could not handle me, a muted person, doing nothing wrong, so I had to be banned. Please take notice to how 80 percent of the reason is along the lines of "u made me mad." because those are the only rules I ever broke other than random tazing twice within an 8 hour period.

In this next video, I am in a sit because a guy gave me 55k and then called an admin to get me introuble. You can see I cooperate and I get negative attitude from the staff in return and I eventually result to being rude in return. I also clearly ask the moderator what rules have I broken all day. No answer could be given due to the fact that there were only 2 situations in total where I broke rules.

So. in the two whole days Biar has actually BEEN on he's caused a shit storm and trys to loophole his way out of every tiny little situation. He staff disrespects EVERYBODY. He player disrespect, Randomly Tases people, Minges, The whole works. As soon as he got on he called a sit. I came to him and he started calling me "Fat Lesbian" Which is a name I apparently obtained when I was Head Admin on the server he's from. which not to mention is extremely toxic and horrid. Biar comes over from that server an immediately starts shit with everybody. He's only been on for 2 days give or take and I've jailed him probably about 10-15 times. He's a massive minge, He argues with EVERYBODY. He Disrespects EVERYBODY. He thinks rule breakage is apparently funny. He's always been this way and I did warn him, We do not condone rule breakage or disrespect/harassment here. At this point in time i'm sick of hearing the shit he's doing so i spectate him for 20 straight minutes. I watch him cause shit in OOC with me, other people, Disrespecting people, At the point of the RDT i'm pretty much done with this guy. He's a straight minge and I won't have it.

Please take notice to how he only shows the records of ONLY the sits and refuses to show the previous context to why I was in the sit because it would prove that I am innocent (other than the one time I actually was breaking rules). Also, please take notice to how he was personally watching over the sit and refused to help clear the air or solve the problems. He let there be arguments and fighting instead of helping resolve the situation peacefully, which resulted in more problems.

Also please take notice to how the situation was clearly out of hand and there was many unresolved things yet Haru's excuse is "Krystal can handle it on his own" which is just slang for "lol I let you break rules instead of helping you so you wouldn't be mad at the community." Could you please provide more cut out videos that are out of context or maybe show more where you refuse to help?

Also, please take note at the high exageration of jail times in an attempt to label me a minge. I only got jailed 2-3 times within a 4+ hour period where many people were targetting me. One was because I thought he was going to be chill and I randomly tazed him. You see, he used to be my 'friend' but it turns out he was pretending and never gave me proper notice that he was a liar. The rest were because of the reasons you see in the videos provided.

 

If you really wanted to even prove it for yourselves, if you checked server logs, you could see there was a point where I would get shot by a desert eagle, healed by the same person, and have the process repeated 20+ times or so. This was also hours before the videos right now are being released, which goes further to prove that Haru is basically letting people harass me.

Yeah, Biar was being very mingey and breaking enough rules to get banned. I was watching you call staff names and RTA players on krystals screen. It astonishes me you come over from another server that you are staff on and be this immature, hopefully, you are punished there.

Actually, I was toxic after 8 hours of staff/players ganging up on me, a new player. The only proof you have against me is 8 hours after harassment and whiney mods who cant handle one person. Your solution to problems is to run away and hide instead of help players.

Here is the proof in of itself,  how come  the only videos of me breaking rules are from 8 hours after the harassment that was done to me by staff which led me to break one rule after? I got jailed "10 times" but only now people saw it as a problem? Nice joke, more like you guys exaggerate and huddle up like scared puppies.

Ok, I lost my account info so I will be responding to this post on here.

As you can see in Haru's video, before I jailed you, you told me that you weren't gonna upload your video because I am gonna end up not punishing him and just punishing you. Which is completely false, and made up by you. So that made me think, 1 your just trying to be a pain, like you were for like past 15 minutes to us, or 2 you didnt have the video. So by not giving me the evidence that is needed to made a conclusion on the sit. I took the evidence that was already there. Which was the fact that you arrested him for no reason. After being jailed you continued to argue about how you didn't need to supply evidence.
But in video 1 It shows me telling you why you did need evidence, and you continued to argue with me. I would have been more rational with you, if you hadn't have been so rude to the staff members and being a complete minge. I didn't want to deal with you minging in my sit. So i jailed you.

Wrong. You have no evidence other than one video that was after an 8 hour session. I was RPing as an officer for hours straight and you expect people to believe that I was minging for a long time and never got a ban and the only videos are after the 8 hour minge session? Feel free to believe what you want. I lose nothing from this. 

 

In the end, all you have is a montage of me being rude to staff who were equally rude, if not more, when they are the ones who refused to solve problems, and a video of me breaking one rule.

Also, a special message to the owner, get on an alternate account, give it permission to spectate with echoes off, and spectate how staff handle sits. They end the sits quickly and hardly speak to streamline and heighten their sit count. I personally heard staff members talking about it.

Also, somehow, shooting 2 bullets in the air means you are a criminal and you can be countered... After that I did the same thing in return and somehow gotten away with it? Wtf is this server doing lol. If I want to even out my ammo cause I hate 37 bullets it means I am a criminal.

Being a minge because of your bad experiences with staff is not an excuse to act out on the server.

 

As stated on the format, you MUST have proof backing up your claims. So you showed little to no evidence of most of your claims.

 

At this point the videos are only what's going to get you anywhere. Sitting here arguing non-sense that's showing us nothing is not getting you or anyone here, anywhere.
