Why should you be accepted to the staff team? (One Paragraph):

A:  I have experience staffing and I know all ULX commands. I have no intention of abusing and I have a lot of free time to staff and deal with situations. I also know multiple languages including: English,Korean,German. Though I do admit seeing your system for cases is different from what I used too when I was a former Admin on a different server I can guarantee you my assurance that I will and shall get used to it. Also I am not a Native English speaker and have trouble sometimes with English. However, I think my experience staffing will help the server grow,,and I would want to be an example to other staff member. (Also I am unsure if I was to also state my disadvantages in why I should be in staff team was needed,,but I did anyway in case I needed to).
