If so, why?: A: I have received a verbal warning for having invisible props used to properly run the border checkpoint. Other than this warning I have not been punished nor have I been pulled into a SIT. Your Age: A: 16 Your Timezone: A: Central Standard Time (CST) Time Played: A: 2 days Staffing Experience (Optional): A: I began my staffing career for Icefuse Networks where I proved myself and eventually became a moderator. From there I transferred to Kairos Gaming where I was an administrator for a good while until Kairos shutdown for lack of payment. I moved on to Typhon Networks where I was a Trusted until I decided to take my leave as the server was growing to be quite toxic. I am very familiar with logs and all of the qualities a staff member is required to have to be successful. Which now brings me to look for a server to call home. Why should you be accepted to the staff team? (One Paragraph): A: I am a very relaxed person when it comes to situations. I consider myself to be a rational thinker and this brings me to handle obstacles that are thrown at me in the most logical way possible. When I take a SIT I don't rush to get things over with. I consider myself to be completely unbiased and strive to understand both sides of the SIT. I understand how frustrating it can be when a staff member is taking sides and I work against that. I leave my emotions out of my work and ensure that my thoughts and actions are purely guided by rationalism and logical thinking. My dedication to my staff work proves to be extraordinarily professional. I have the ability to comprehend how the players are feeling about the situation and I know how to properly explain to them what they did wrong and how they should fix it. I understand that players make mistakes especially on video games. I take this into consideration and make sure that they not only receive their punishment but know why they are receiving punishment. A great deal of my time here on Garry's Mod has been spent with staff work and I find myself enjoying staff sits and enjoying helping the community. So why should you accept me? I can and will prove to the staff team that I hold dedication and dignity in my staff work as a professional. My rational thinking ensures the best outcome of SITs and I strive to never become hot headed. How often can you be on the server?: A: I can be on the server every day for a couple of hours at least. Most days I am able to spend 4+ hours on the server. I always make sure to let my fellow staff know when I am to be going on LOA. Are you familiar with the rules?: A: I am very familiar with the rules Are you aware that you will lose a large amount of RP time on the server?
