Why should you be accepted to the staff team? (One Paragraph): A:I believe you should accept me because of my previous staffing experience and I know how to handle situations.I can be mature at times I need to be.I've seen what the community thinks of staff.They have many issues with staff and people are constantly complaining about staff.I'm planning to work and get to a higher rank to help this issue and make the community a better place.I also am respectful of other people and what they think and say.I also believe you lack a staff that's on during nights and the server goes crazy during the night.A staff last night was complaining about loosing sleep because of night issues the server has and I can help that. Tim The Enchanter Posted August 7, 2018 Share Posted August 7, 2018 -support, TOS -not enough time played +/- some of your paragraph is decent, although to idea of you trying to come in here and "fixing" staff issues is not up to you. if any of the admins and up have an issue with the way staff handle sits/players, they will talk to us directly. gonna go with a -support here, become way more active on both forums/game/ and discord, let people know you better, get more time in game, and REREAD the TOS. you failed some parts in it. Add a poll - Honestly not a good reason to be a staff member - Not active. OVERALL -SUPPORT: BE MORE ACTIVE, GET MORE HOURS, POSSIBLY FIX THE PARAGRAPH, AND FOLLOW THE TOS.
