Which the two raiders did. The first one was lockpicking, which is AOS. The second raider shot at you, which is AOS/KOS since it was direct damage to you. You had every right to arrest a raider. I sadly crashed before unjailing him, and asked fellow admins if they can get on quicker than it takes for me to load the game (about 5 mins). I accept responsibility for the false jails.
