Angela Merkel had me banned for killing him

I was on the mexican rp server and I killed Angela Merkel because he was stunsticking people on the streets, but instead of killing me or putting me in jail he had another mod ban me.

I dont have any evidence because he had a different mod ban me before i could do anything

You don't freeze people when you die. That's basically the equivalent of you taking your own sit. You did this twice in the past 2 reports. That's not something that you do. You call a sit, wait patiently, and let another mod handle it.

Here it is from my perspective:

• I freeze a guy because he kept running away when I tried to explain why he had to remove his 3 bridges
• Angela Merkel tp's to me with GB Dragooner in attempt to start a sit even though I was already handling a sit and Angela never called for a sit in staff chat
• GB Dragooner starts shooting Angela Merkel in the sit
• I freeze Dragooner in attempt to control the situation (In this moment, I have 2 sits to handle, one of which the offender is not complying and the other which has to deal with rule breaking and alleged staff abuse.)
• I get done with the prop minger and un-freeze Dragooner because I can focus fully on his/Angela's sit and I could freeze him again if he acts up
• I tp them to admin land
• I try to check logs to see who kidnapped who and when a counter was adverted
• GB Dragooner rdm's Angela in the sit
• I ban GB Dragooner

I really don't know about what Angela did or did not do and it's not my duty to handle staff abuse in-game. I can't ban for staff abuse but I could've helped both of their case but GB Dragooner fucked his whole case up by attempting to rdm and then rdm'ing in the sit.

To be clear the reason that he used his phsyics gun on me was because I killed him on the streets because he annoyed me, and as I recall its legal to kill and it is not bannable you can only be sent to jail, the kidnap incident was in the past and he picked me up because I killed him on the street, and the reason that you banned me was because I killed Angela Merkel, I'm not sure what she told you but i was banned for killing her.

Okay, lets clear a few things up. First, I'm a male, second, "I killed him on the streets because he annoyed me". Thats the equivalent of saying "I don't like you, so I'm just gonna punch you and walk away." Both are against the rules (in MBRP, it's RDM, in real life, it's assault), and both are totally irrational (common sense). Third, you don't kill someone in a sit. Again, to draw a comparison to real life, that'd be like stabbing the guy to death you punched IN COURT because he took you to court.
