(One Paragraph): A: Would be a great addition to your staffing team, If people are disobeying the Rules, i would first let one of the higher staff know (if available) see what they would say and do what is in my power to stop them from ruining the other players gaming experience on the server. If players require advice on how to do things such as fading doors with keypads, etc. ill gladly help them out.
