Explain what happened: Ah y'know how the saying goes, you either die a hero... Well basically Lucifer was cool when he started as a staff member and was actually helping players, nowadays he only gets on to be an asshole and break rules like basing in WH with the president when his job is Expert Thief(FailRP for those who don't get it). My report is for a pretty minor thing but for a staff member it's pretty dumb... To cut to the chase he was raiding the bank with no advert, just walked in, took the bags and walked out. Again not a very major but considering that i had an admin ticket up for more than 30 minutes and he didn't care to pick mine or anyone else's tickets up while also being pretty inactive, i don't agree with him representing a part of the staff team that way.

TL;DR: The rare times he gets on he does not show an inclination to take on the role of a staff member and even goes on to break some very dumb rules himself, i hope you consider having a talk about it.

#1 I don't see how i'm inactive when i spend at the very least 2-3 hours each day on the server. Given, i take a break every few days but who doesn't? As i'm writing this I've been on the server 5 consecutive hours. Point being i'm not inactive and most people can vouch for me on that. I will admit school does get in the way of my playtime.

#2 I'm sorry i didn't take your sit but there was multiple staff members on at the time so i'am not the only one to blame for this happening. Again, im sorry for not taking your sit as their is no excuse for my actions regarding this.

#3 That time you accused me of "basing with the pres" was just me hanging out in the office with him. I did not have any props or processions of mine in the WH while i was inside. Despite this you continued to complain so i switched to Police just to calm you down.

#4 Regarding this video. As a said in the video i did advert "bank raid" but it is not listed in the part of chat you showed as it is too far up. I advert bank raid when the bank vault was around 100-200 seconds. I tried to explain this to you but chose to instead not listen and insist that i broke a rule when this is not the case. 

 

I'm sorry you have such bad experiences with me lately and i'll work to improve this in future situations.

Thanks for the reply, I just want to state that there weren't any other staff members on the server at the time and i asked some friends around about their sits and they all said that theirs weren't being accepted either. As for the inactivity i agree with you, the problem is that we don't see many staff members on day to day and showing a bad image (even if it's false, and if it is i am sorry) is very damaging to the reputation of the staff team.
And to address #3, There were times before the pres incident where you would let the same player raid or assist raids as any job like DJ or Medic that are not allowed to raid and when i would make a sit about it, even when you weren't involved in the raid you wouldn't take am and would claim something along the lines of "I can't take my own sits" and then i had to get copton into it.

At the end of the day i am not looking for a demotion, there's already not many active staff members and i don't want you to be demoted for those reasons that i stated but i'd appreciate a talk with a higher-up to ensure that your staffing skills stay in-touch.

@Taco eater You scrolled 2 pages up in your chat logs. A bank raid can go as long as 10 minutes. It's not that everytime someone is raiding the bank, it will be on the front of chat logs. There's no other proof for the WH basing claims so not much to say. You are allowed to hang in the wh, but you may not start placing props or make a base. Simply being in the WH with president's permission isn't basing. And no, Lucifer has been active recently and I can vouch for this. As well as d3a logs if Mike can somehow pull that up.

I am concerned that the intentions of this staff report are misconstrued. This staff report, like i've mentioned before, isn't meant to attack or to apply a punishment on to Lucifer, applying a punishment would be the worst thing to do because of the recent(justified) staff inactivity. I just feel like the management of the server puts alot of slack on it's staff members and that's shown with the in-game staff experience. For example most server's i've played on have staff guidelines that read that you have to be cloaked at all times(which makes sense cause seeing a random staff member in admin mode flying around reinforces an attitude of "this server isn't serious so breaking rules is fine" and even if that's not the case seeing a staff member fly around is unsettling to say the least.) Or that you have to take sits if you are not involved in an RP situation such as a raid at that time. But those are just some examples and at the end of the day they're only my opinion but if this post is to be taken into consideration, i hope that there could be better staff training and regulation. Finally i'd like to retract my report on Lucifer since he is doing a pretty good job even though everyone can always get a bit of help to improve.
