If so, why?: A: Yes. I got a 3 day ban. I broke the raid timer and the admin decided that that was NLR, FailRP, and then RDMx4 for the people I killed in the raid. Your Age: A: Seventeen. Your Timezone: A: US Central Time Played: A: Over 96 hours (It says 4 days in the time played) Staffing Experience (Optional): A: Aegis Gaming (CWRP - Owner), LastBastion (Breach - Moderator) SNR Gaming (CWRP - Senior Admin), countless little DarkRP servers and other small servers. Why should you be accepted to the staff team? (One Paragraph): A: I have a wealth of experience in Garry's Mod, particularly moderation. Because of my time administrating many servers, I’ve been exposed to many moderation situations and know how to resolve them. Outside of experience, I believe I’m quite personable, being able to explain and de-escalate conflicts with relative ease. Community-wise, I know the majority of the core playerbase, interact with them regularly, and understand the culture of the server. With this in mind, I’m able to uphold the standard of quality expected of ExhibitionRP staff. My hours cover time periods during which moderation is spread thin, which should ease the stress placed on staff during these hours. I have a commanding attitude that, while brash, can be understanding so as to instill a sense of authority, and with these traits in mind, I believes I'll be an excellent staff member. Mostly good app. -Support Banned. I have heard about this player from others before I met him, and not in the good way.
