Fast to learn. - App sems ok to me. better than i could do if applying in German language. Michael could bring diversity to the staff team that his language can give. -I have repeatedly tested Michael in teaching and guiding less experienced players. he has always performed well and behaved in a responsible way. That might be harsh but you can't just accept everyone as upholders of the community because they're cool. How can you be a respected player in this community and go on to +Support 100% just because he is your friend even though the app it self is not even sub-par? That's some biased shit and it hurts even more when it's coming from staff members... Again i like playing with @Michael Stein , he's a fun guy but i can't expect someone can do their staff job correctly if they can't make a good application. Takeoff Posted October 25, 2018 Share Posted October 25, 2018 Since everyone likes to add their 2 cents in, I decided I might as well just do it as well and give you feedback on your staff application. - I highly recommend you fix your "paragraph" my guy, a sentence broke up in a few lines isn't a paragraph and list reasons why they should accept you over someone with a properly detailed application that has a paragraph included. - Become more active and get to know staff better for a better chance - Become more active in discord / forums since I haven't really seen any posts from you lately. - All around fix up your application and show that you aren't in a rush and that you don't have to be somewhere within the time you were typing it out. - Some claim your application has been denied before so I recommend you regrouping and talking to staff to get to know them all a little better so they can get a better image on you as someone interested in applying for staff.
