Staff members name: Copton Chill Staff member SteamID(http://steamidfinder.com/): STEAM_0:0:153375821 Explain what happened: So this all started when he decided to report me for adverting kidnap 1 second after i kidnapped him and i got jailed for 5 min (this is not why im reporting him but im telling you the events leading up to what happened). After i was released, i decided to make a text screen sign that said " Copton Chill is a sensitive f*****!" (you can fill in the blank). I checked the rules to see if i could do this and there was no rule saying i couldnt so i decided to place it and walk around with it (Note: I was not harassing him at all i was just carrying this text-screen sign and not bothering him at all). When he sees the sign he brings me to the rooftop and jails me for 5 minutes for "textscreen minging". After i asked him what specific rule i broke he first claimed that i broke the rule of "common sense" by placing the sign on something i don't own. First of all, i wasn't placing the sign i was carrying it around therefore it makes no sense why he said i broke the "common sense" rule. After this, he said that i was trying to "loophole" and after this accusation he said i was spamming it. I asked him for evidence from the logs that i was spamming the text-screen and he responded with "ok ki" and then proceeded to leave me and not provide evidence for why i was jailed. For those of you wondering why he says "dont try to threaten me" i was basically calling him a retard for not knowing the rules and he perceived this as a "threat". After he left me, 2 of my friends who were on the server asked him why he arrested me and he responded with "dont tell me what to do". The following screenshots will show the chat logs of what happened. The first 5 images in the imgur link show the chat logs between me and him (i was using voice so you wont see me talking) and the last 2 were from my friends that approached copton. Notice on the last screen shots he mention how i was "spamming" it even though that's a lie. On the last image, you can see all there names on the right and you can see we were in a discord call at the top left. But that's not the point. You put the textscreen on the bank earlier as well, saying the same thing. That's not allowed because you aren't a bank guard and you were just minging with the textscreen. You continued to do this, is what led me to jail you. Later, you started to put it on places you don't own as well. This is when I jailed you as it was confirmed you are minging on purpose. You also used your textscreen between these 2 events as well. Don't try to loopholes rules. I already told you this, don't use textscreens to minge, place it on places you don't own just for sole purpose to annoy/not have any RP reason behind. Your intentions were very clear. Just because the rules don't explicitly state that, it's common sense textscreens follow same rules as entities/props. You spawn it, you handle it responsibly where you are allowed to. First of all i was just placing the sign down so i can grab it and carry it and it was coincidentally near the bank, after i couldn't pick it up i decided to delete it (you can even check logs to see how fast i deleted it). Also i didnt mean to get fucker confused with faggot but let me clarify this now i called him a faggot. I only placed the text screen 3 times and the times were far apart from each other, the first time i placed it was when my friends kidnapped you and i placed it inside. After i deleted it, i decided i was going to carry it around so i placed it near the bank to pick it up but this didnt work. I deleted the text screen again and placed it on the floor and this time it let me pick it up but by the time i picked it up, thats when you took me to the rooftops. Also the evidence really doesn't show anything to prove the accusations so -Support making an account in the forums just to make a very bad staff report isn't a good image.
