Kicked By Heavy for prop minge for his opinionated rules on what props we can use

Explain what happened: I was building a casino and heavy kicked me from the server for prop minge with no warning or interaction whatsoever. I ask him why and he says that i shouldn't be using that prop and that its blacklisted (why was i able to spawn it??) and i ask him if it in the server rules and he doesent reply at all and then says he thinks it shouldn't be allowed at all.

Either way, if you were prop minging and you got kicked for it, so be it but just because you don't know the rules doesn't mean Heavy is in the wrong in the situation. With a server with a lot of stuff going on, you doing something such as prop minging will be dealt with depending on the staff member. I just recommend you being more careful next time, and you need more proof of you in the scene or else this goes no where.

If a rule is not specified then it is up to the staff member’s opinion of the specific situation. But the evidence shows nothing before the sit which is kinda essential here. Until more evidence arises I am going to -Support this. @Heavy Can you respond to this

I don’t know what happened before the sit, but I think it was pretty obvious you were trying to build a base and you weren’t prop minging. He did make a mistake by not asking you to remove it and just kicking you right away. Heavy’s side of the story is necessary in order to conclude this report. 

If someone sees @Heavy in-game please tell him about this.

When I was talking about other people warning me it had nothing to do with prop minge but with other things like removing laws when playing president or when i was newer to the server and didnt know alot of the advert rules. But before this I had nothing against heavy what benefit would i get out of lying to get him demoted? I'm posting this because he did something wrong and felt that it needed to be adressed.

What we need is for someone to check the logs and see what prop he was using when he was kicked.

The prop logs are currently broken on MBRP (unless they were fixed and I wasn't made aware)

I don't know if this matters, but Heavy talked about this in the discord. He said that you were using a massive prop in a building which it didn't fit, and that you were shaking it around which was shaking the entire map. It sounds to me like propminge, since you should have known better about using this prop in a tight space.
