RandomGuy Posted November 21, 2018 Share Posted November 21, 2018 Ok sorry for the late respond I don't check forums that often I just noticed that I mixed up bans and yes it should of been a 1 day I'm very sorry for that and I do have proof of him breaking nlr 4 times. You should've taken screenshots of your advert section too, to indicate when you did call raid, as you can only raid a place for a max time of 10 minutes. GhosTy Posted November 26, 2018 Share Posted November 26, 2018 I dont know how you all didn't notice this but @RandomGuy you pasted the person steamid in the logs, it will show every kill/death to the person from every player in the game, So none else killed him beside you. We all know NLR only apply to raids, and since we don't have any advert logs here, we don't know when you exactly raided the person, But Raids maximum time is 10 minutes So let say you started raiding when you first killed the person, First time you killed him doesn't count as NLR, there is a 9 minutes between your First Kill and your Third kill, the Forth kill was 14 Minutes later so it doesn't count as NLR since the raid was already over 4 minutes before this kill. So the player here broke NLR only twice, should've been a 10 minutes jail, or not really because this was your own sit. @Copton Chill i don't think NLR x2 is a “mass rule break” overall: -False ban. -Taking his own sit. +Support on this one. And under NO stances can you take your own sit, you should of been told this during training. This is more then enough to be a staff strike, not only was it a day extra ban but he was rping while only staff on and took his own sit. Compared to other staff strikes this is more then worthy. My point being, him taking his own sit at that time was fine because we were literally told that it's fine. Yes, the ban was still false though. I was told that recently as well but also, even more recently, I was told we can’t take our own sits under any circumstances (which I highly disagree with because that information would lead to mass RDMing of Staff when no other staff are one. Simple way to bypass the rules. I would appreciate clarification from @Miskie on this issue and maybe this appeal coming to a decision. I will say I have had a user report RandomGuy for flying through their base and when confronted, said something around “what are you going to do about it”. Staff should never take their own sit and the ban for nlrx4 is a one day, not 2. @RandomGuy will be confronted and is highly likely to receive a strike.
