If so, why?: A: I was banned for I think a couple (maybe 12 hours) hours. I didn't time the terrorist's "Terror" correctly. I thought it was 3 minute cool down, it's actually 5 minutes. (One Paragraph): A: (Please note I deleted the original paragraph the original one is in one of the comments I posted) I've been in MBRP for a total of 4 days. Out of those 4 days, maybe 2 hours of the time played on the server was chaos because of no staff on or no staff taking tickets. I'm hoping to change that. I'm smart enough, at least I think I am, to be a staff. I can't take a joke so that may be a problem. At least if you consider it to be a problem. Identifying rule breakers is really the main reason I think I should be a staff. I don't like to think I'm disrespectful. Although sometimes if a person is toxic I'll sometimes be toxic back. How often can you be on the server?: A: Pretty often. 1pm - 8:30 pm (I start finishing any homework at 8:30) for Monday - Friday. 4pm - 9pm for Saturdays. Can't be a staff at all for Sundays most of the time. Are you familiar with the rules?: A: Yes. Are you aware that you will lose a large amount of RP time on the server? A: Yes. Have you read the TOS? (here) Your application will be denied if you do not read these! : A: Yes. What rank are you on the server (VIP, VIP+, Exhibitionist, User): A: VIP 30 days, which has expired (My VIP 30 days has expired yet I was still, and still able to get VIP jobs. I've seen some staff literally too busy role playing and not taking tickets. Overall, some staff can't enforce the rules correctly, not doing what the staff are supposed to do, or are just straight idiots. Never breaks rules and is overall nice to have fun with on the server. Although the paragraph is short and should have had more effort put into it and you can't be on most Sundays. You do realize that we're going to be your colleagues, should you be accepted? I get your point, and do agree that a lot of staff members don't take tickets as frequently as they should, however going as far as to suggest staff are idiots who don't even know the rules is too far. -Support, due to the fact that your paragraph is terrible. You don't even say why you yourself would be a good staff member, all your paragraph says is how "incompetent" staff is. I've been told to not put my opinion out there since they are usually negative. I word my reasons for people to support me badly most of the time. Tell me if I broke anything and I will gladly take my application down. I saw multiple problems with my application after Snape commented, but I didn't want to change it since Snape already replied. Lol don't be sorry, I am certainly not offended. I simply couldn't understand why you interpreted "Why should you be accepted to the staff team" as "Why does the staff team suck". Simply give some reasons why you yourself are qualified as opposed to why others aren't. There is no rule against editing your paragraph after making your application, so just change it and I may change my support. Your point about staff not taking sits is actually a strong one, so leave it in there. Maybe include after that the fact that you will take sits promptly. It was going to be a definite + for me, i see you on alot of times and you ain't that bad besides for a but of inactivity, only thing i'd say was to get more activity in discord and forums but god damn did my mind change after i read that. The whole paragraph(which actually isn't a paragraph) is focused on how you don't like the staff team, you didn't answer the questio of "Why should you be accepted to the staff team?" to the least bit. Imagine going to your future work space and in your interview saying how shit the staff is... It's called a staff Team because it's supposed to be a team and having such a negative mindset against your own "team" is really unhealthy. Definite -Support.
