A: Yes. I have administrative skills I could lend to Exhibition RP. I have owned a server on Gmod in the past, I have managed an Unturned server and when I was much younger I managed a Minecraft server of my own. I also recently owned a rust server. I have also been an admin on another Unturned server which was later shutdown. I am known to have good leadership and moderation skills.

Why should you be accepted to the staff team? (One Paragraph):

A: I would like to become a member of the staff team on Exhibition RP because there aren't always many admins on in the British time zone when people are playing so I could contribute my time and help those who play at British times. I also think it would be nice to enforce the rules; as an admin, I would ensure people did not break the rules and if they did not follow the rules then I would follow the protocol for their actions. I feel it is unfair that people who play at 3 pm Britain sometimes have to go without an administrator on the server and have to suffer RDming, Prop blocking, ADming and so on. I would like to provide a nice experience for those who play while I administrate and would always do my best to be online when I can. I also think I am different to others as I am only newly 13 so I may have opposing views to other members of staff.

How often can you be on the server?:

A: I usually come on from 4pm to 8-9pm although that may change as sometimes I do after school clubs. On weekends I would be playing quite a lot, for example, I might jump on at 5 pm or earlier and play until 4 am. I do have school and other clubs that take place in some hours so I won't be able to come on whilst those events are taking place. I do play games alot and especially gmod. One thing to take in mind in ExhibitionRP is the only server I properly play on. Sure I have been on others but I do not go on them regularly.

Are you familiar with the rules?:

A: Yes, I am familiar with the rules and I will read through them weekly also if I get employed to ensure I can give the right, fair rules. Some of the main rules are: No Fail RP (Doing something someone wouldn't do or not acting correctly), RDM (Random Death Match meaning do not kill without reason), do not arrest without reason, do not deport without reason, no mic spam and the others as follow. One many people forget is, no more than 3 fading doors in a single base and I would like to make all rules clear and let people know what is right and wrong.

Are you aware that you will lose a large amount of RP time on the server?

A: I am aware of this and have planned around it. Although I will lose out on time, I will be able to ensure other people enjoy the time they can play and make sure everything is fair on the server.

What rank are you on the server (VIP, VIP+, User):

A: I am VIP+ and enjoy doing so. I'd recommend other members to getting VIP too.

I have edited the post to add a poll and removed and added some bits. Thank you for the support and constructive comments. I do meet the requirements and let's be honest. We need some more GMT and BST staff for the server. I understand everyone's replies and hope you can all really take in mind my application. MBRP is the only server I play and the reason most people don't know me is because of my RP name being Doctor Osborne *Now changed to Areo* Thanks again all. Enjoy voting!

Added a pole provided by the forum, I am sorry I didn't realize before. I am pretty active. I go on the server at least once most days. But yes, I understand what you mean about bare requirements; I will try to gain more reputation. I am not an AFK active dude (My mum don't let me leave my computer on if I'm not on it.)

I understand. I am not sure why you've never seen me on. I played nearly all weekend and Monday and I have been playing a bit this week too. Maybe we just play at different times.

Other staff member have stated you don't know enough about the rules.

Having minimum time req doesn't mean you would be automatically accepted.

You shouldn't be telling everyone on discord you're trying to be active and going for staff app.
