A: I have tons of experience with staffing throughout multiple communities/servers.

In 2010 I was a Moderator for this sandbox server called Malleus Gaming (their servers are still up). Back in the day when I was only about 13 I co owned a DarkRP server called SamiDanny Servers for about two years, now it's dead and gone. Currently, I am the Executive Council of External Affairs over at HeLLsGamers. I've been in this position for almost two years now, been with this community for 7+ years on and off as divisional staff for garry's mod & various other positions. Currently what I do now is oversee the Outreach(social media), Events, Recruitment & Corporate & Community Partnerships committees.  

I do not staff a specific server, the position that I am in is all website/slack overseeing and making sure that my committees are running smooth. It wouldn't conflict with my staffing ingame here if I am given staff. With my current title I am not required to even play ingame on any of our servers at HeLLsGamers, strictly in a management position. Let's chat more if you'd like to know details.

Why should you be accepted to the staff team? (One Paragraph):

A: Constantly I see rules being broken, people ruining the fun RP experience for everyone in the server. I'm always using @ to contact admins to fix the situation, but you can only do that so much. Instead of doing that, it would be much easier to be able to take care of an issue immediately firsthand. I feel that I have enough staffing experience to handle tedious situations very well and help get rid of problem users to keep players happy to the best that I can. I am also a very fair person when it comes to punishments, I don't crack under pressure & know the rules for this server like the back of my hand. I can responsibly manage the server when it's very chaotic with 80+ people on. Majority of my time spent on the servers is doing coin flips and making money & 9/10 I'm helping other players learn how to set up bases. I've taught many people how to use fading doors, set up bit miners, gave them money to get all started up, all sorts of things that I feel I am genuinely decent at after years of experience. While I will admit my forum activity is weak, I'm working on that nonetheless.  I very much so enjoy Exhibition RP servers and it would be a great pleasure of mine to dedicate my own time and help make sure the servers run smoothly. Thanks for taking the time to read my application, it's much appreciated.
