Explain What Happened: So here is what happened that led to this event. I was raiding the pd and I robbing the armory and I killed a cop named Joseph Stalin 3 times during this raid. Before I left and adverted over. Stalin came back 2 more times after the raid trying to arrest me. The first time he charged at me and started to swing his arrest baton but I killed him with a usas shotgun. Then the next time he followed me into into the bank and I killed him once again when I did nothing wrong.  Around ten minutes later I was brought into an admin sit and Heavy asked "Why did you rdm Stalin?" I told him what happened and how he came back (note he broke nlr multiple times even during the pd raid) and kept trying to arrest even after the raid. Then heavy said that I rdm him and I said there was a lack of evidence and he cant just go off what some dude said. I have a total of 11 hours play time and I play on this server everyday and I think that this is just ridiculous. that he refused to listen to me and check logs when I said I was raiding and what happened after the raid. Then Heavy  jailed me for ten minutes and never game me a chance or looked to see when I adverted raid and over. I think that this behavior is absolutely ridiculous for a senior moderator and I believe he should be demoted. I would also like my prior jail to be removed due to this false jail.

 

Evidence: I don't have much proof but I do have a screen shot of  the chat when he jailed me. It is in the image I uploaded below.

As Shown in the Logs, He adverted Over at 4:31 after the PD Raid, he then killed the same person twice afterwards at 4:32, Its Still Classified as RDMx2, and a valid Jail for 10 minutes. I did not however get the other Person for NLRx1 when he returned to the PD again, It Slipped my mind while looking at it, my bad.

Looks like you killed the cop twice after the raid was over. You should have created a sit if the cop was still going after you when the raid was done. As for the rest, I think maybe Heavy should have asked the cop if he was chasing you and attempting to arrest you after the raid (if he didn't), and if he was then you shouldn't have been jailed. With the current evidence in hand, I'm going to have to -Support though since there is no evidence of the cop chasing you after the raid.

Seems more like self defense to me but if the cop was punished for the NLR i'd say @Heavy did his job, if the cop wasn't punished however and he only punished you that's a nono

There looks to be no foul play in your jail. Staff aren't always perfect and sometimes miss a jail here and there. Staff will be talked to but nothing more
