Why should you be accepted to the staff team? (One Paragraph):

A: there's seven-million reasons and one as to why i should be a staff member on MBRP. to list all of them would be ridiculous, so i'll just go over the highlights. i'm active, very active. i don't go to high school, i'm an independent study student. this means i get to be a fatass and play gmod all day if i'm not playing the guitar or doing something else, which isn't often.  i'm fully aware of the rules of the server, and have created many sits. i've never created a false sit, showing my comprehension to the degree of which the rules are carried out. i'm sarcastic, as you can tell, but i'm mature. it probably seems like i'm not taking this seriously, but in reality i do hope to join the staff team. i have a laid back demeanor, you won't see me get angry very often. i don't see the point in the emotion. i try to laugh a lot and realize that life is short, this is a video game, and right now i'm applying to spend my free time supporting a video game server, so if i'm taking everything hardass serious i'm going to end up clinically depressed. between my activity, comprehension of rules, and overall maturity, the only thing left i have to display is my charisma. i'm generally good at dealing with people and conflict deescalation, i've been moderating minecraft servers since i was like, eleven, and i've got a microphone on me at all times to prevent text chat from fucking up the required flow. thanks for reading this uwu

Take a different approach. While staff members are regular players as well, and enjoy fun, that is not the mindset you should bring into staffing. While RPing and messing around is something staff members do when not doing their duties, you need to be able to flick that switch and become 100% serious when doing your job as a staff member. You seem like a chill dude, and I've seen you in a party with other staff members, but make sure you take your staff application a bit more seriously. 

 

I'm going to -Support due to what I said and some of the comments from others, but I don't think you are a lost case nor is your app completely awful. Next time just put more effort into it (grammar, a more serious tone, etc.).

I personally think you should take the application as serious as you will your job as said staff. Mostly, you seem like a chill lad, and I haven't had problems with you, for the few times I've seen you, but just because of how you wrote this app right now, It's a -Support from me. Reapply later.

okay don't get me wrong, really good person i play with him and base with him a lot. its just that the app isn't great and like James said, his personality did come out this is just who he is. Trust me he is respectful when he needs to be and i personally liked the app, its just not what the community is looking for. Overall he's a good person who knows the rules. he was in 1 sit with me on the bad side but the person didnt wanna punish him cause he was respectful. One day he'll be a good staff member he just needs a better app.
