I was chilling on the server mostly spawning in watermelons and seeing how people of Mbrp would react if I gave them a juicy melon. Anyway, in the video, you see me mostly doing nothing spawning a nazi sign here or there and spawning some watermelons. As I was entering Mexico I walked on a guy prop blocking someone camera and I decided to stand in the prop he placed. Once the guy deleted the prop and respawned heavy came out of a base, grabbed me with this phis. gun and kicked me for prop minge, when I haven't spawned anything in for the last minute or two.No explanation, except "you have been quit mingey for the past ten minutes or so" and kicking me. To me, this was a complete abuse of power by the mod as I did not propminge at all and had full rights to build on streets since i was a hobo.I'm posting the full video which is me basically walking around and talking to people if you would like to watch the last 10 minutes feel free. As for blue, I do not have evidence for this one, I only have @Brand which witnessed this. Anyway, I was walking past the Whitehouse and I saw the Nazi flags were prop blocked so I spawned in some watermelons which formed a Nazi symbol(only once). Immediately blue kicks me, no explanation or SIT or anything. When I made a SIT wanting to discuss the kick heavy takes it instead and says blue doesn't need to talk to you. Then in OOC I politely asked for blue to come to me. Instead, brand comes and tells me that blue's kick was wrong and that Blue doesn't want to talk to me about it. As I said in the first sentence I can only count on brand to support this part of the report as he is the witness of this happening. Evidence (screenshots, video, chat log, etc. This is required!) I personally saw this alert multiple times by you. However I did investigate and saw you were doing no harm and I specifically told Heavy and other staff members at the time to not worry about your doings. However they still withhold the right to kick you due to the multiple alerts from your prop spawning. So I will -Support in his case However. According to what you said about blue’s actions. Brand Posted March 8, 2019 Share Posted March 8, 2019 I was in game and in discord with @Blue when you were kicked. Your explanation of the events regarding blue is correct. As @Sweatshop Boi said, we get a notification in chat when someone spawns the same prop 15 times within a short period of time and your dupe set this off multiple times. I believe Blue kicked you because of this(I'm not saying this is the right thing to do, this is just why he kicked you) IIRC you were brought into a sit by Heavy and then kicked by blue while you were in that sit. Ching Chong was mass Duping his Watermelon Dupe and it spammed our chat with the AntiSpam/Cheat Thing. He was Warned in Chat by Several Staff to stop doing it. I Spectated him for a little while but i assume he knew somehow and was behaving. After about 10-15 minutes he does it again, by this time Mr T and SweatShop came online and saw it. I also had a Sit againest Ching Chong for RDM, In that sit i was gonna jail him for the RDM and Talk to him about his Watermelon minge, He was Kicked by Blue for Propminge, I did yell at him saying he was in my sit and i was dealing with it. Now Ching Chong Came back and i had jailed him for the RDM. He was Alright with it as far as i could tell, then made a few sits to have a talk with Blue. Me and Brand Teleported to him, and Blue didn't want to talk to him. Shortly after that he was in Mexico. I had a Sit for Someone put a Prop in front of my Camera. When i Went to the sit it was Ching Chong, So With the Past 20 Minutes of him Minging i kicked him for Propminge. And after Watching the Video towards the end, I can see it wasn't Ching Chong but Joe Mama who put the Prop in front of the Camera. Ching chong the chill Posted March 8, 2019 Author Share Posted March 8, 2019 @Heavy I was warned by one admin for spawning melons a lot,not dupes.I stopped mass spawning melons and resorted to dupes.In the video which was right after I was out of jail I only spawn 3 or so melons swastikas,which were not on the street so I had to remove them and replace them so I wouldnt be jailed for building on the street.What do you mean minging?I spawned one car in an rp fashion and the nazi signs were also in an rp fashion.If you can explain how I minged that would help here Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Heavy Posted March 8, 2019 Share Posted March 8, 2019 The Watermelon Props, Every time you spawned one in it gave us a Notification that you spawned in 15 of the same prop, So in the Video before i kicked you you spawned in about 7-8 of them on one guy and everytime you did we got that Notification. It clearly Shows in the Video you posted. To start, ching chong is a minge who has been banned before. Now why is everyone ignoring the fact that he was running around with a prop into other peoples bases? Nobody has really even thought of this. 2nd of all, the warn system for props is pretty new, I've never seen it until a few days ago. I even almost kicked someone immediately for this. Miskie told me what i should do when it happen's. I wasn't even sure what to do the first time i seen it and I'm a Senior Mod. MIND YOU BLUE JUST CAME BACK. Blue is just getting back into the groove of being staff. Also, all this controversy and a report for a kick? It is just a kick its not like he was even banned. It seems to me Ching Chong is just out to get staff for his own entertainment. He has been warned multiple times to stop and its his own fault for not listening I've watched the video and i saw Ching Chong being a minge, breaking rule's. Ching chong the chill Posted March 9, 2019 Author Share Posted March 9, 2019 Well I guess if I’m a minge I’ll be a minge forever,I mean people don’t change right?Its not like I was trying to rp by giving people melons?Its not like people accepted it and pretended to eat them?I was warned once by brand and that’s it,I thought that it only gave them a single warning that I spawned a dupe with 25 melons.So what if blue is new kicking me without warning or a SIT shouldn’t be allowed.I would understand if I spawned a big ass statue in their base propblocked their doors or made them stuck,interfered with their rp or mass spammed melons.But I spawned a single melon and then deleted it if they asked,didn’t care or if I left the base.I made sure to delete every single melon in that way.And lastly I would understand if I was kicked once for it but twice is absurd for spawning in 20 or so melons.
