If so, why?: A: Not really. When I first joined, I was fuzzy on some rules and got a few 5 minute jails, but never any serious punishment. I was demoted under what I believe to be unfair and false pretenses, but rather than argue I decided to reapply. Your Age: A: 17 Your Timezone: A: Pacific Standard Time (GMT-8) Time Played: A: 7+ Days Staffing Experience (Optional): A: I was moderator on this cool server called ExhibitionRP Mexican Border Roleplay for a few months Why should you be accepted to the staff team? (One Paragraph): A: There's quite a few reasons I would make a good staff member on ExhibitionRP MBRP. I spend a lot of my freetime on my computer, as I don't go to public school. I do independent study, so I can be online late at night and during school/work hours that staff usually aren't online for. Many times I come online and find there to be no active staff, if I was a staff member those times would decrease. I've got a very good knowledge of the rules, I believe. I've read the entirety of them, and re-read them semifrequently to keep up with the new additions, updates, and keep them fresh in my mind. I'm skilled in conflict de-escalations, as I've held leadership positions in my real life. I was in JROTC for two years, so I had to deal with assholes in that program and work on de-escalating issues with subordinates. I worked in fast-food for a fair amount of time, where not everyone is as friendly as they should be. I'm good with people, and get along with most. I dislike toxicity, and being overly angry. In fact, I don't find myself angry very often. I've got a lot of patience, and don't mind dealing with volatile players or long sits where I won't have the time to roleplay. I enjoy the staffing role for the most part, sometimes playing the game itself can get boring for me so I'd not only be good at, but enjoy taking the time to take sits and work out issues. I know when I make a sit, I prefer it to be handled quickly and maturely, as I plan to handle them myself. I also have experience with the ExhibitionRP MBRP community and know how to use all the staff commands. How often can you be on the server?: A: Often enough. Are you familiar with the rules?: A: Yes, of course. I've read them all and re-read them on occasion to keep myself updated and keep them fresh in my mind. Are you aware that you will lose a large amount of RP time on the server? A: Yeah, and I don't mind. I'll enjoy taking sits as much as I enjoy the roleplay aspect of the game.
