Why should you be accepted to the staff team? (One Paragraph):

A:I would love to be a moderator due to multiple varying reasons. I have been thinking about joining the staff team for quite a while now and a lot of people have told me that I should apply. Another factor in me wanting to join the staff team is whenever I am on I am constantly witnessing rule breaks and I always try to report them but of course staff isn't always available which is frustrating but understandable so I would like to help out in any way I can. When I do see staff some of which are good friends of mine they always seem stressed and overworked and if there is something I can do to help then I will do to the best of my ability. I am constantly getting people coming up to me and messaging me on discord asking for me to help with staff situations etc, I usually try to help out the best I can but I could help more if I had the responsibility and ability of a staff member. I believe I could help out more and give back to the community in a better way if I undertook this responsibility. I am friends with a few members of the staffing team and am constantly watching them and I know I could do the same if given the chance. If there is anyway I can help more I love to do so and this in my opinion is a way in which I can help more people and this community.
