Why should you be accepted to the staff team? (One Paragraph):

I should be accepted on to the staff team because i am sure i can be an important part to your server. I have spent a lot of time viewing and watching the other staff reprimand, warn, or just mingle around this server. And i believe i have enough time and effort to do this. I know im a responsible person and even though ive been warned once or twice i dont think that should have a huge affect on my role as a staff.
