Fixed a glitch with pack a punch allowing guns to do excessive damage. Fixed effects from being spawned. Fixed health and armor not applying correctly. Fixed ladder tool being unable to be removed. Fixed ragdolls from being spawned. Fixed the Kvolt not being in the server. Fixed the issue of a printer giving out xp when no money was taken. Fixed vehicles from being spawned.
