When I made a sit Cas literally did not understand RP, it is a RP server and if you advert stuff like that then it counts towards RP but Cas clearly doesn't understand that... He was saying it was not valid but it clearly was since the title of the server has RP in it... Yea, adverts that directly go against the server rules or are ridiculous like "kill the president" aren't valid at all. It would have been better to not do anything and to call a sit if the police officer in question would have killed you then. Just because the title of the server has "RP" in it also does not mean that the server rules are invalid, nor does it mean that everything said counts as rp.
