(One Paragraph): A: I think I am accepted because I like to help others. It is also useful that I have a different time zone than most staff, so that staff is more often online. That helps avoid problems like having to wait 45 minutes for your sit which is quite annoying when there is no staff online and it is just chaos. I also think I am a good part of the staff team because I like to listen to other people's ideas or stories, so no one gets punished without a good reason. Im really familiar with the rules and if I am in a situation that I don't know how to solve I will also try to get someone higher to help me. In the weekend i can be online for 10+ hours and when regular school start i can be online for 5+ hours.
