Decreased the number of breaching charges the SWAT Breach spawns in with. Added the unarrest baton to SWAT jobs. Fishing has been removed for now. ( Will come back at a later point in time ) Fixed clerk robbable. Fixed friendly fire for police. Prepared warrant script for S.W.A.T Breach.
