Fix the economy:
Printer/hacker basesitting is practically the only way to make large amounts of money. Due to this being in effect basesitting while in large partys with theif juggernauts are insanely incentives.
All Drugmaking jobs under the criminal tab take lots of effort to make minimal money.
Nurf the gambling system as a whole, blues and pcasino are mindless ways of making money comparable to printer farming.
All jobs need to be in proportion to actual sell values of npcs and market jobs such as gundealer and blackmarket dealer.

Drug jobs:
In relation to the economy, these jobs make no sense to do. the payout for the effort that needs to be put in only makes sense for new players to get starting money.
And once they've made enough money for a printer and upgrades there's basically no incentive to continue doing those jobs because it will just amount to a drop in the pool.

Lack of jobs:
The server has a decreased number of jobs for all jobs across the board.
This also includes donator exclusive jobs.
This makes the server very repetitive everyday which incentives players who don't like the current meta to leave.

XP system:
Xp and infamy system are insanely slow. The current meta for xp farming is to have a large party with theif juggernauts and steal other peoples printers.
This promotes basesitting for xp farming and it also heavily incentives players to either spend money for exhibitionist rank, or buy cc to be able to do this operation way more effectively.
P2W shouldn't be the entire meta on getting xp.
A large group of players dislike the infamy system and wish for it to be reverted to the old system.

Pd:
PD as a whole has a large struggles to make any effect on the server.
There's a huge lack of donator pd jobs; and variety of donator jobs within pd, i.e. vip+ fbi
Printer scanner removal got rid of 90% of pds activity and now they have to rely on "I heard printers in your base" argument to warrant a raid which can lead to sits about failrp and questioning weather or not the warrant was valid.
Overall pd is missing a lot of functionality, I'm sure @Haze_of_dream could add a lot more to the list.

P2W
The server as a whole incentives new players and existing players to donate for exhibitionist/legend. Exhibitionist gains access to juggernaut which in their current state are insanely overpowered.
Not only is it incentivized to buy a donator rank, there are top donator rank exclusive abilities in certain jobs.
Weed grower has exclusive features to legend rank. In all previous versions of drp and in my experience all other servers all donator exclusive ability such as hydropot in old weedgrow used to be vip and above.|
CC's are a cool thing in all but perma dragunov is busted.

Staff:
Staff in its current state has a lot of tmods-smods that fail to prove to anyone that they have a grasp on the rules book, not only during staff decisions, but also during rp.
Staff recently is also creating their own sits and trying to punish players with no sits or complaints being put against them.

Wiremod and e2:
I'm not huge on wiremod and e2 so Ill repost what others have suggested.
SoundStream tendency to break.
Missing extentions such as "remoteupload" and "wiring"
Wiremod is currently completely gutted and basically only contains e2.

Gangs:
Community support to revert back to Brick's Gangs system.

Mining:
Buff all mining by 5-10%

This is open to conversation and any addition with anyone who is willing to discuss.

Decrease medic prices

Decrease Juggernaut prices

I suggest adding the old old skill point system that people don’t have to grind for, while keeping the infamy system and making it a bit harder as some of the upgrades are ridiculous (10 hp a sec for example) I see the infamy system as like a long term end game type shit ig (as end game as drp can get lmfao, can we get a meta)

Remove kill tunnels lmfao 

and i do think that the gang system is cool, it’s just the flag system was way better

an94 should be added to the gun dealer classes or remove it from cc classes, that’s legit p2w lol

Remove that retarded lmg from custom classes (i also don’t think it’s available for gun dealers but i didn’t check too hard)

Increase the raid cooldown back to 10 minutes instead of 5

Possibly allow us to wager xp for duels??? (comp duels when?!?!?)

Make duels public

Demote bossg that guy needs a life

Unless you have Juggernaut really, I explained the lack of job variety among PD will lead to people whoring the juggernaut job at first chance and make any other PD unable to do anythinig. I was informed that this would be fixed "at a later date" which considering that even critical parts of PDs toolkit is still being left unfixed, I take this to mean "never"

FBI and Juggernaut were the only two viable jobs in PD, Ever since FBI's rewards got gutted to basically mass murders, Nobody except jug purge abusers and hardcore pd mains even touch pd jobs.

I mentioned this during the beta testing, Miskie agreed with me but developers shut me down saying "it was too op", even though It's an information tool and doesn't assist in any combat, Infact the lack of adding it makes raiding only accessible to hardcore PD veterans, and people like me knowing the server's balance state will only raid noobs and afks, since that's the only people you can hit.

I made alot of dm's to managers, developers, and suggestions about it but it seems anything about pd no matter how critical is on the backburner, I mentioned the most glaring problem of the Nightstick that i pushed a fix for and mentioned in https://www.exhibitionrp.com/topic/26369-baton-fix/ but I am unaware if shrum ever told the managers or if the developers decided it wasn't top priority. I guess the chat filter was a more pressing problem.

To tl;dr my ingame suggestions, The bail system is fucked and I was only okay under the argument of the beta testing that it was expensive to use and therefore not sustainable for abuse. Considering the current economy. That has gone out the window and you can imagine how rewarding PD is when the already hard arrest balance is rewarded with your arrest getting out of jail in 10 seconds.

During the Beta testing i mentioned the shields needed to be changed to https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2976058234 since the current shields are still penetrable, Even the heavy shield with snipers take a significant amount of damage which all bases have devolved into sniper hallway killboxes. All the other S.W.A.T only have glass shields meant for regular police that is a mere 30% damage reduction, aka suicide in a legitimate raid. Most of the S.W.A.T do not have any armor or sustainability to win in a raid outside of juggernaut due to his insane stats and firearms, but this just has people rely on juggernaut which i fundamentally dislike. My suggestion on this was shutdown due to shrum saying (and i quote) "Impenetrable shields are too overpowered, the current shields reduce alot of damage", and lone and behold guess my amazement and prediction abilities when the only CP raids happening are juggernauts because nobody else can raid practically in the CP division.

 

 

Current PD imo isn't the worst I've seen across servers, but it has bugs and oversights in various aspects that overall make pd unfun for anyone that isn't a hardcore cp main. The lack of detectors and variety of actually viable jobs restrict cp raids to juggernaut cp veterans and the broken nightsticks and oddities with the taser make arresting a bitch especially with the bail abuse lately.

I already had a friend straight up leave when PD Chief was given a mere 50 armor with no shield and the S.W.A.T weren't changed in any fundamental way despite the clusterfuck that is cp raiding in it's state, I had another friend leave after the FBI nerfs especially coupled with the lack of critical fixes like the nightstick, He later told me (and i quote)

+1 i have also faced issues using the nightstick its incredibly buggy and it doesn't work i have used it on mbrp quite a couple of times and its pretty good so idk why its shit on here

Haven't tried since but has received a buff so this ones fine.

I didn't say it directly in the original post so ill add it here, legend rank has almost no exclusive content. "you can switch to peoples ccs that aren't restricted" well 90% of them are so that gets you pretty far. Don't know if it was the two jobs or the extra printer that was the deciding factor for the players who got it, but to me it seems like a big waste.

We want to find a balance between supporting us and getting exclusive perks, and not becoming a pay to win server. We plan on adding more in the future for legend, but the features in mind are more cosmetic oriented and not game changing.

More info on this will come in the close future, but if you have any ideas in particular please feel free to make them known.

prop limit, guns, jobs, features in jobs, ccs with perma guns, health and armor are all things that are already available to donators... not sure how you can compare the experience of the server of a user to a legend rank player who has spent $100 on cc in the current state of the server.
